Ripack 2000 Extension Ignition Wire 19" - Part #236031

The 19" Ignition Wire for Ripack 2000 should only to be installed for permanent or semi-permanent use with a short, straight extension. This wire attaches in the usual places of the piezo igniter within the heat gun, and the built-in spark plug at the end of the ignition wire attaches to the heat gun's nozzle with a small screw.  This ignition wire is made much longer than normal to accomodate the extra length of wire needed to facilitate the use of a short extension with your Ripack 2000.

Once installed, the insulated ignition wire will be dangling outside of the heat gun and extension for the foot or so length of the short extension.  This additional length of exposed ignition wire is more vulnerable to common workplace damage.
To keep the ignition wire held close to the extension to avoid damage or tangling of the wire, a shrinkable extension sleeve is offered by Ripack. (SKU MSW-902-137034)
