The PBL500 is an insulated gas cylinder heater specifically designed to fit a 500-gallon horizontal gas cylinder tank. The heater is built for use with 120 volts AC, drawing 6 amps thus producing 720 watts. It has a preset thermostat set for 100 ºF / 38 ºC (± 10 ºF / 5 ºC). What size gas tank will it fit? Designed to fit on the belly of a horizontal 500-gallon propane tank. Requires a minimum of 40” spacing between tank legs. Requires 52” arc on the bottom of the tank to be smooth walled and free of protrusions.
