The all new HDX Line is designed for today's demanding requirements. Everything is completely top of the line; from the film cradle to the new RS-5 Plus digital controller and the multiple knife profile seal bar, to the highly efficient shrink tunnel.

Choice of Tunnel Belt Available, please call for setup of options.
- Non-Stick Mesh is typically more popular with printers and with wrapping lighter products.  It allows the use of the riser bar in the middle of the tunnel.  If the riser bar is raised slightly, the product rocks over the top of it, allowing more air flow to the bottom of the package.
- The Stainless Steel Wire Mesh is more popular ith food companies and for heavier products.  It can potentially leave small marks or striations on the bottom of the package where the film touches the hot metal of the wire mesh.

Fully Stainless Steel Construction (HDX250S) - Replaces all painted metal with stainless steel.  Provides for a wipe down (not wash down) that many food and pharmaceutical require.

Left Hand Reverse Flow - Normal flow is right-to-left when viewed from the operator side.  This option changes that flow to left-to-right.

Added Heated Hole Punch - Heated point similar to a soldering iron that puts a single hole in the shrink film to allow air to escape.  Used in lieu of the pin perf wheels.  Typically used by food packagers.  They place a label over the hole after shrinking.

Scrap Wind Up - Unit that winds of the scrap tail of film instead of it remaining on the floor under the machine.

Powered Film Unwind with Perforating Roller and Adjustable Inverting Head - Moves film unwind to back side of machine and creates an opening for the operator to load product into the film without lifting the top layer.  A video of this can be seen here.

E-Stop Option - Provides for ISO13849-1, category 1 E-stop.  When you turn the power off on the machine the tunnel conveyor continues to run for 15 minutes in cool down mode.  This E-stop kills all power and stops the machine immediately.

Conveyor Stop Option - In lieu of E-Stop

PTFE Non-Stick Mesh Tunnel Belt  (Rapid HS) OR Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Tunnel Belt  (Rapid HS) - When ordering, you have the choice of either of these belts for the conveyor. 

Spare Parts Kit (5820-012)  (Rapid HS) - A kit of commonly used parts.

Export Crating

GTC180/16- 180 Degree Gravity Turn Around Conveyor - Returns the product to the operator at the front of the machine or to the back of the machine.

GTC90/16- 90 Degree Gravity Turn Around Conveyor - Helps to reduce labor costs and expedite the packing process.

AT36- 36" Rotary Accumulator Table - This powered accumulator table tub has variable speed control to help with bottleneck processes.
