FL1150 Floor-Level Load Transfer System transfers a square load from one pallet to another. The FL-1150 uses a clamping mechanism to hold the load in place while the pallet below the load can be freely removed and replaced.

The FL-1500 transfers palletized loads from pallet to pallet with use of hand operated pallet jack.

Operation
A pallet jack is utilized to load the system with a palletized load on what we'll call the "Go From" pallet. This is the pallet from which we want to remove a load. The operator moves the "Go From" pallet into the transfer-ready position using a pallet jack. Rubber-faced high-friction clamping pads engage and hold the palletized load securely in place. The "Go From" pallet is lowered to the floor and removed from the system. The operator then moves the "Go To" pallet, (the pallet where the load is intended to be transferred,) under the load using a pallet jack. Clamps are then released which drops the weight of the load onto the "Go To" pallet. The newly transferred load is now on the "Go To" pallet and can be removed from the system.
