• The LFD (Loadcell Film Delivery) powered Pre-stretch film carriage with load cell corner compensation - for smooth and correct film dispensing. Includes safety door with auto power cut-off switch for safe and easy film threading.
• Electrically actuated film clamp mechanism and Electro-mechanically driven film tail cut/wiper arm mechanism with Ni-chrome impulse hot wire film cut off and automatic periodic cleaning cycle
• Options available for most special applications include scale packages, large loads, different environments, roping devices to secure the load to the pallet, Automatic Top Sheet Dispensers, etc.

1. In-line or Off-Line Automation Package – designed to be in-line with conveyors using interface relays/logic or off-line standalone system using a wireless remote NOTE: The wireless remote is not provided for In-line systems using interface relays.
2. 5’ powered infeed & outfeed conveyors with photo-eye logic to manage the production sequence.
3. All Electric – no pneumatic lines or noisy air compressors required.
4. All AC motors.
5. Rail-type safety fencing with access gate c/w CAT 3 dual channel E-Stop and safety interlock switch - disables machine when the gate is opened.
6. LFD (LOADCELL FILM DELIVERY) Corner Compensation - for smooth and correct film dispensing.
