Get everything you need to package like a pro with this complete system that comes complete with a fully integrated in-feed conveyor. Transfer product at just the right pitch and speed to maximize packaging potential. The automatic L-bar sealer advances the package into the film with variable speed AC drive conveyors and cuts the film with a brush less servo-driven seal bar. Motorized seal height and head height/inverting controls, as well as jaw opening, speed and pressure, provide accurate, repeatable product placement, including closing conveyor (short product) and belt reversing (tall product).

The Siemens PLC control package provides complete touchscreen HMI control of package motion with Vertical and Horizontal sensors and a closing conveyor. Stored package settings make product changeover accurate and simple without tools – just crank and scale settings with a motorized seal height adjustment. The digitally controlled hot knife seal bars work with Cross-Linked Polyolefin, PVC and Polyethylene films. 100% electric - no compressed air required. Combination package (A) includes the HDX2000 Heavy Duty Automatic L Sealer, the TX5218 Dual Chamber Shrink Tunnel, and the IC1572 6' Belted Infeed Conveyor.
