Remove much of the manual labor required for packaging with this complete system that comes with a fully integrated infeed conveyor. The feed conveyor transfer products at just the right pitch and speed to maximize packaging potential. Featuring the Package Centering System, in which the sealing and tunnel conveyor move in tandum vertically, the tunnel also has a horizontal quick slide adjustment and auto-tensioning film cradle (for full roll down to the core). Includes a rigid construction for solid wrapping performance, storage shelf for overstock film rolls, and a 2-Year Warranty.

The automatic L-bar sealer advances the package into the film with variable speed AC drive conveyors and cuts the film with a brushless servo-driven seal bar. Motorized seal height and head height/inverting controls, as well as jaw opening, speed and pressure, provide accurate, repeatable product placement including closing conveyor (short product) and belt reversing (tall product). 100% electric - no compressed air required.
