Shrinkfast 998 O-Ring creates a tight seal where the Combustor head slides onto the Body
Product Description
This O-Ring is for the Shrinkfast 998.
Part #33 on the diagram provides a tight fit between the Combustor (part #30) and the Body (part #10). This O-Ring has two location on the front of the body. Note that for 998 Heat Gun assembly, the rearmost O-Ring must be placed over the Trigger/Igniter Assembly's wire (part #17/18) entering the Body from the right side of the Heat Gun. All O-rings should be regularly checked to prevent a rubber dry rot which could enable fuel to leak into or outside the housing of the heat gun. This O-ring can be easily removed with a small pick tool or a very small screw driver.
