The Shrinkfast 998/975 Heat Gun Hose Adapter (Part# 23 on both diagrams) connects the Valve (part #22) to the Hose Assembly (part #36) and features external threading on both ends. This part is included in the Shrinkfast 998 Valve Assembly (part #22A) and in the Shrinkfast 975 Valve Assembly (part #22B).
